Mary, Thanks for your comments on my article about the D.C. school system. I have a good friend who grew up in Orange county and got a very good education, but that was a very long time ago. Its really sad that americans put their hard earned dollars into taxes for education and yet you and others have to move or send their children to private schools to get a decent education. Its almost like getting doubled taxed. There is something seriously wrong when a country such as ours fails to teach the children who are our future. Chana
